California

We just went on vacation to Cali. We planned to go with tara and pete in Oct. But they realized the last weekend in sept was the only one that worked for them. So Brandon couldn't take off. But Thursday after work his boss said there wasn't work on Friday. So we packed up and headed out of town that night. I knew where tara Nd pete were staying so we surprised them in the morning. Went to Disneyland Friday, the day flew by way to fast. I think we rode about 8 rides. The only adult ride this time was pirates which was prob a bad idea. I think the little ones got scared. Matix favorite ride was the roller coaster, which was the last one before the park closed. Saturday morning we hung out at the motel pool, split up from tara and pete we took naps then went to eat and hit up Huntington beach. We played in the sand but hardly got in the water. Sun. We planned to meet tara and pete at the beach but the two cross St were at another beach an hr. away. So we wasted an hr 1/2 but drove and met up with them. We buggy boarded and played in the sand. Brynlee hung out in her bouncer happy as can be the whole time. We drove home from there.

Idaho

Matix and Brynlees first ride on an airplane. We left Friday afternoon matix loved every minute of it and it was just enough time to get in the air feed brynlee and land. We just stayed around crystal and ryan. Enjoyed baby aubree walked to the park, made home made pizzas and cinnamon rolls. And of coarse enjoy her receive her blessing given by Ryan. Fun short trip kids did great both plane rides. Got back mondY afternoon.

Pregnancy with matix

We had been trying to get pregnant for a short time when Lindsey found out she was, then a few months later Tara is pregnant, and about a month after that Adri shares her good news. So by that time I was feeling really discouraged. But less than a week and I realized I was to. I didn't get morning sickness besides feeling sick on the road. And mostly when I was hungry. I was the pickiest eater, and hated every moment of it. I remember being so hungry forcing saltine crackers down and crying. Brandon would list every place to eat before I could make up my mind. All I really wanted was fruit or smoothies. Start weight was 128 and had matix weighing 173.

Brynlee Nicole

Last night about 6:00 I started having stronger contractions, by 9:00 I knew Brynlee was most likely coming the next day. I had Brandon help me gather everything into our room so we would be prepared. I had strong contractions all through the night. Brandons alarm went off and he started getting dressed for work. I told him I was really having her that day and he couldn't leave. He didn't think it would be until that night, but asked if he had time to drop off the work trailer, it'd take an hour. I said yes, when he left I called tara to pick up matix. She picked me up snacks I'd asked for on the way over. I called my midwife sherry to tell her i was ready, she asked me to time my contractions. Just after tara got here and started to get things for matix. I let her know I didn't want her to leave, she had kids play downstairs. I was in the bath having a lot of contractions and had her text sherry I was ready though i didn't time them. Tiff called to ask how close my contractions were. We timed and they were 3 min apart. So they headed this way. I had her then call Brandon and Tammy (My mom was sadly in new mexico)I sat through a few more very strong contractions, then went to the bathroom where my legs were shaking and crampy, I sat through a few more very strong contractions on the toilet. I almost asked tara to let me lean on her but at that moment my water broke and I could tell Brynlee's head was right there. I said "help me" and reached for her help to the tub, thinking I might collapse. At that moment Brandon turned the corner, (just getting back home) brought me to the tub. As I climbed in I was having another contraction and scared to sit.. In fear of squishing her. I knew her head was there, I partially held my weight and leaned sideways on the tub (partially in the water) I then layed on my back and said she's coming. I felt down and said she's right there, catch her. Brandon could see her crowning. I told tara to call my midwife. She walked out of the room to call, and at that moment I had the urge to push. Brandon delivered her and layed her on me. It was amazing, we felt so at peace. Sherry said to leave her cord attached, they would be here in 20min. We could tell she was fine by her loud cries, her skin was purple but it wasn't anything to worry about. She was finally here, and she was perfect. Tammy showed up shortly after, very worried.. Just like my mother had been on the phone. But me brandon and tara knew she was great and felt so calm. Matix came up and met her(cord attached and all) He almost climbed right in the tub with us. And asked to take her to show his cousins. Tara headed out with the kids when Sherry and Tiffany showed up. They clamped the cord, Brandon cut it. Sherry delivered my placenta. I didn't tear thank goodness. They cleaned us up and we cuddled in the bed. They checked, measured and weighed her shortly after. Once they made sure everything was fine they and Tammy left. And we had Brynlee to ourselves. We are so grateful that everything went smoothly, and she came out with no complications. We are so grateful for her, and feeling so blessed. Our baby Brynlee Nicole Tippetts was born Monday June 11th 6:58am 7lbs. 7oz. 21 inches long.

Utah

Matix and Brandon went to Utah for Trevors graduation. And Michelle also had a baby shower. They stayed at trevors Thursday and friday night, went to his graduation and dinner at brick oven. Saturday the boys went fishing while girls and kids were at the shower. Stayed at grandpa penrods sat night played on the farm and matix loved the baby kittens, which he talked about all week. Oh meanwhile I was on bedrest at my parents, I mostly crochet and stocked on blankets for brynlee and aubree watched tv reruns of conference. I was really missing my boys by the end.

Baby number 2

When I first found out I couldn't help but cry. I wanted so badly to get pregnant but it was hard to be to excited looking back on 2 miscarriages. I called up Britneys midwife sherry Hopkins, due to no insurance we decided it was the cheapest route. She called up a doc she works with in certain cases, he prescribed me prometrium... I took a baby aspirin a day alongside. And baby has done well so far. I have loved my appointments, how personable and relaxed. Matix comes to all of them plays with toys on the floor and gets to listen and see his sister. I think matix realizes he will have a little sister soon, seeing all his new baby cousins, and how often we talk about her. He talks and asks about her and her new clothes, and try's not to bump her in my tummy. I've been on bedrest since 28 weeks. We've gotten so many clothes between the baldwins, mills, and my parents employee. And on top of that I bought a bunch from thrift stores/ garage sale. I notice Brynlee moves a lot more after i eat sweets. She also gets hiccups at least every other day. Occasionally she will push pretty hard it almost hurts, and gets under my ribs. I got put on bed rest 28-36 1/2 weeks. weight 126. 4m-132 5m-138 6m-146 7m-150 8m-156 back to pre preg weight after 3 1/2 months

Easter

Matix woke up to his Easter basket full of goodies, so excited. Tara sent us home with cinnabon cinnamon rolls the night before and brandon made us breakfast to go with. We went to Autumn's baby blessing followed by lunch in the park. I brought spray bottles for a water fight and the kids did their Easter egg hunt.

Brets Birthday jacks game shopping

Went shopping for maternity clothes, mostly for maternity pics.. But found a few extra cute things. We got some frozen yogurt, moms treat. Then it was Brets b-day, and jacks first baseball game. Kids played and Seth gave me some good smiles.

Babysitting Almanza rugrats

We watched tara and Petes kids while they went to costa rica with mom and dad. We got there Monday night. Kids had tues off school, so we went to the McKee ranch. Kids had a blast and were awesome for me. Tues dropped them off at school and I went to see baby autumn just a few days old. Britney w. Watched matix then we went to lunch. We hung out at the house when kids got home. Wed night we went in jacuzzi. Thursday I took ry to hip hop and jaiden came along. Friday I was leaving for midwife apt. And shut the garage door on the Tahoe. Luckily only damaging the garage. It wouldn't shut so I cancelled apt. And called Brandon in tears. When he got home from work he worked on the door for 4-5 hrs. Without a single complaint. And successfully fixed it. Kids were overall really good for me and we all had a lot of fun.

St Patrick's/ Gma Dulaneys 80th

We threw grandma a 50's themed 80th birthday party. We dressed up, ate, danced, and played games all 50's style. Elvis(Gary) performed for us and her children told stories about her and their childhood. Grandmas brother came and told a few memories. Grandma definitely enjoyed herself.
We then headed to Bret and Tammys for their tradition of St. Patricks Day dinner. Cornbeef cabbage and potatoes. They always invite good friends and family.

New years

Adri had her scheduled c-section on the 29th. she did great Baby seth came our healthy and adorable. we went down to the hospital that night. we ended up going to my parents to watch the ufc fight. the kids went in the hot tub so me and tara put our feet in to keep and eye on matix and kadence. it was a good night. trevor and michelle came in that night to see the baby and celebrate the holidays. we decided to spend new years at bret and tammys since they were in town but we ended up watching the redbull jump on tv and star wars which we fell asleep to. didnt even make it to midnight. didnt do much with trevor and michelle since they went to see baby seth alot and i was sick with a cold so i didn't want him to catch it. brandon did go to bass pro and bww with them while me and matix went to Ivys birthday party at chuck e cheese, which was very fun and matix obviously had a blast. Ivy and him play really well together. that night we went to tara and petes for dinner, took the kids to mtns edge to walk the path up the mtn. and play at the park.
